Please note:

  1. Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Post 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to help you.
  2. All sales at www.filentio.in are final. Filentio has a no monetary refund policy.
  3. We offer 7 day replacement / Return and avail store credit in case you do not like the product and wish to change. Replacement/Return is valid only once per order. Shipping charges will apply for replacement/return.
  4. In the rare case that you receive a damaged product (only if the bag is received damaged and our team verifies so with the unboxing video), we offer free exchange OR full monetary refund to original payment source (store credits in case of COD). The store credit/refund/exchange will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please inform us via email within 24 hours along with unboxing video (MANDATORY) to avail the same.
  5. Our team can assist you if you are unsure about which product to pick in terms of sizing, material, reference pictures and all other details, but will not be liable incase a product does not fit your needs.
  6. Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
