Returns & Refund Policy

Please note:

1. Any order-related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Post 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to help you.

2. We offer a 7-day easy Return / Replacement in case you do not like the product and wish to change it. Return / Replacement is valid only once per order. Kindly Whatsapp us at 9004470203 or mail us at filentio.in@gmail.com with your order id and other details.

For Returns due to reasons such as not liking the colour, size, or a change of mind, the forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the return amount. The remaining amount will be credited to the original payment source - to the bank account in case of prepaid orders and as store credit in case of COD orders.

For Replacements, shipping charges will apply.

3. In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we offer free exchange OR a full monetary refund to the original payment source (bank account in case of prepaid orders and store credit in case of COD orders). The store credit/refund/exchange will be processed within 24–48 hours. Please inform us via Email filentio.in@gmail.com /WhatsApp 9004470203 within 24 hours along with an unboxing video (MANDATORY) to avail the same.

4. Our team can assist you if you are unsure about which product to pick in terms of sizing, material, reference pictures and all other details, but will not be liable in case a product does not fit your needs.

5. Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Kindly Whatsapp us at 9004470203 or mail us at filentio.in@gmail.com with your order id and other details. Post that, we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
